How to return a product to us

At ADVANCE Healthcare Express, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase/gift, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can return your item(s) via mail. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label. Items returned without an invoice (or without the information contained in the invoice) cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. ADVANCE Healthcare Express, Inc. reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.

Returns within the United States

Step 1: Fill out the return form on the packing slip.
Step 2: Place the items you would like to return and this form in the original package, or in a comparable new package.
Step 3: Affix the prepaid, preprinted UPS return shipping label on the package. If you are reusing the package, be sure to cover the original shipping label with the new label. When you use the UPS prepaid return shipping label, $6.95 will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
Step 4: Drop the package off at any UPS delivery or pickup address. For UPS pickup and delivery locations, or to schedule a pickup, call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5887) or go online to www.ups.com . Please be sure to retain the tracking number so you can track the package, or you can track your package online from the order history page.
